Whether you are new to the eTrack tracking software, reviewed it a (long) while ago or

If they are too big to download please ask us to
post you a CD.
eTrack Overview (Using eTrack Ver 3) This overview
first gives lots of ideas of what to track and then shows you examples of Timesheets,
Contact Management, Creating Projects, Issue Tracking, Process Support, Scheduling,
Resource Management, and Accounting. eTrack allows you to completely configure
the terminology and hierarchy of what you want to track. (12Mb,4mins)
eTrack Architect Overview (Using eTrack Ver 4)
This overview shows how a typical Architect company might use eTrack to track clients,
work and staff. A project is created from a template and a budget and schedule planned. It
is then tracked using Timesheets and the invoice amounts adjusted before exporting to an
accounting package. (File size - 25Mb, Duration - 7mins)
Creating a Project Shows how a
project can be created from predefined templates (or lifecycles) that include metrics,
pre-assigned roles, process guidelines and templates, and then how projects can be edited
and estimated. (7Mb,2.3mins)
Gantt Sheet Scheduling The innovative Gantt
Sheet combines the flexibility of a Spreadsheet with the power of a Gantt Chart
resulting in a very usable tool to schedule hundreds of projects and resources across a
company. The demo shows some innovative and intuitive editing techniques including
leveling that does what you expect! Definitely one to watch! (9Mb,3mins)
MS Project Interface Existing MS
Project Plans can be imported into eTrack to manage shared resources across all company
work and take advantage of eTrack timesheets, reporting, alerts, accounting etc. Any
eTrack branch of work can also be exported to MS Project for scheduling or sending to a
client, and then re-imported again. (5.5Mb,1.8mins)
Weekly Timesheets The simple weekly timesheet
ensures that you maximise profits by tracking and billing all work, including goodwill!
This demo is all the training users need to complete timesheets! (4Mb,1.3mins)
Issue/Variance/Risk Tracking eTrack also
tracks Help Desk queries, Variances, Change Requests or Risks etc. To plan resources
across all work and to maximise billing a company must track all work including unplanned
work such as issues, variances and risks as well as planned project work. The clip
shows different types of issues such as Quick Issues, IT Support queries and a
sophisticated Help Desk issue. (7.4Mb,2.5mins)
Benefit Realisation eTrack supports
Benefit Realisation to ensure the outcomes of projects are tracked and that Net
Benefit Values are calculated and mapped back to Strategic Objectives. Interest in BR is
rapidly growing as companies need proof when capitalising IT projects and need help to
prioritise work. (7.7Mb,2.5mins)(No
Video yet but see insight below) Working with PST, eTrack has a business intelligence
module that allows powerful management reporting on the eTrack database. Managers can,
interactively drill down and pivot information to analyze every aspect of company
performance. Please contact eTrack for a demonstration.
So what's the next step...?
eTrack staff are experts in practical ways of helping
companies make the culture change to realise the benefits from using tracking
tools. The next step is to have a demonstration, either on
site if local, or over the Internet.
If your business structure or terminology is
significantly different to our standard demonstrations we can run a short complementary workshop that can
be done over the phone and configure a database that you can relate to
it better. We can then demonstrate this back to you.
