eTrack is fast and accurate for staff to complete timesheets with no involvement from their managers or administrators.   They don't need to remember job numbers since can use the powerful find.   They can see how much time is left and update it themselves.    Different roles and overtime can be selected that have different rates hidden from the user. 

Staff also readily complete Compliance QA tasks, Correspondence Notes, Disbursements and Materials since just one click away from their timesheet.

Managers can quickly see who hasn't completed their timesheet and make adjustments and approve those that have. 

Innovative Role Based Timesheets...

If staff tend to move between projects, eTrack allows time to be booked to Roles, automatically setting the rate and decrement the Estimate to Complete.  Budgets, schedules and profits can thus be tracked without the overhead of assigning and reassigning people directly to work.

Select Work

Staff profiles can be setup once to define what they are allowed access to.   

Managers may chose on a case by case basis whether to manage by control and assign work directly to staff so they can only book time to what they are allowed to, or manage by exception and let staff view and book time to all work and then do a review.

Users can find work quickly via multiple relationships with the client, project, stage, contact etc or by using the powerful Find. 

Non project work (Admin Tasks) can be defined for leave and training etc.

Compliance tasks, budgets, disbursements and schedules are all one click away from the tree or the timesheet entry which means staff are encouraged to keep them uptodate.
